What You Can Learn From A 300 Pound White Tiger…

This weekend I had the privelege of visiting the Oregon Tiger Sanctuary, a private  reserve in a remote area outside of Ashland, OR.

The facility is run by a small group of  dedicated and amazing people who have committed their lives to rescuing and giving over 97 tigers, lions, and primates a chance to live out  the rest of their lives in safety.

Most of the animals were pets who’s owners  were abusing or improperly caring for them. (or they were retired from zoos, theme  parks, or the entertainment industry.)

These awesome animals will spend the rest of their lives in cages about the size of a  small backyard (which is HUGE compared to the 10×10 foot cages they can legally be kept in!)

It is both incredible and sad to see these wild, majestic and powerful creatures unable to roam free.  It made me think, what keeps us  from "roaming free"?

If you don’t have any literal bars holding you captive, then what keeps you from taking that leap to go for what you really want in life?

The truth is, only your story, your beliefs, your  rules…

…your MIND.

Your mind is your body.  75-100 trillion cells all interconnected and infused with consciousness and intelligence throughout.  To keep expanding the "cage" of your mind you’ve got to keep your  body/mind in peak shape — flexible, adaptable and ready for what’s happening now (and what’s coming next.)

Eat well, meditate, stretch and move your body and use the many innovative wellness tools available (I highly suggest Network Spinal Analysis).

Celebrate all of the freedoms you have and give thanks for the "space" that you get to roam in!
