I never done a blog before so this is new. But I have been reading the daily motivational entries from Deepak for about a week and it has inspired me to step back and see where I need to change my life. I have been going through a very difficult painful time for the last 6 months and I am searching for a way out of this cycle. One area that has been lacking in my life for a long time is romance and solid relationships. So just by writing about it I can bring up a self realization that I am not happy and that I should love more and thus be loved more. Thanks for reading.

Hi Carol,
I am new to "blogging", as well. And you are so right, to have love you must give love. And love comes to you when you least expect it. If you can find a way through your pain to reach out to others – perhaps it could be to help children, or the elderly, or to volunteer at a local shelter, you will find, that as you give love and caring to others, it comes back to you ten-fold.
I hope to read more from you here on Intent. You are among friends here.
Peace to you,
Lynn
I had a better weekend than in the past several months. I own a yoga studio and have lost the joy of teaching for several months due to a very bad business deal that went wrong….over yoga…I had thought that I may not even teach again. I have had to go back into the corporate world, to support myself, but the yoga is my passion. This weekend, after realizing how grateful I truyly am for everything in my life, I was able to connect with my students, and therefore myself, through my teaching….it is my love and passion…I am beginning to wake up.
