Why Workout Calendars Work

Like everything in life, studies show developing a game plan significantly improves your chance to succeed.  Seeing progress is a powerfully positive reinforcement for you, both emotionally and spiritually.  That’s why as part of my two-part “How To Create Your Best Ever Home Workout”, at Make Healthy a Lifestyle emag, I strongly recommend developing a smart, “How-to-Succeed” game plan.
 
That’s why I’ve created a sample 8 Week Guide to Success Workout Calendar, as a game plan to help you form your best ever home workout routine.  Notice that every Monday I’ve provided a space to record your weight, because accountability is a key component to helping you succeed—if one of your health goals is weight loss. 
 
Google also lets you personalize and create free calendar downloads at http://www.google.com/calendar, (although I’ve found them to be a little time consuming to download).
