having trained and had the privelege of interacting with more than fifty thousand people accross the globe its becoming more and more clearer to me that women make stronger leaders than men,be it personal life or carrer and business life.They are blessed with extra white matter which seems to be a scarce commodity in the brains of men.

WOMEN DISPLAY MORE PATIENCE, ARE MORE PROACTIVE AND LISTEN WITH THEIR HEART WHICH IS A KEY QUALITY OF A LEADER.PRESENCE OF A LARGE AMOUNT OF WHITE MATTER IN THIER BRAINS PUTS THEM HEADS AND SHOULDERS ABOVE WHEN IT COMES TO MULTI TASKING COMPARED TO MEN WHO AT BEST ARE GOOD AT JUST REMAINING FOCCUSED AT ONE SINGLE TASK AT HAND!!!!

times are not far, when i personally believe that every country/corporate companies and govt and private organizations will be headed by women and men at best will occupy managerial roles.
