Yoga brings you back to you. . where all the good stuff is.

When we practice paying attention to our internal world we realize it’s so awesome “in there” that anything not promoting wellbeing dissolves interest.

The practice of yoga has been around for thousands of years, and has done wonders for many people’s physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing over those years.  However, we are in a time where we are the most disconnected from our own health, our most sick, our most stressed, and we are stretching our limits big time.  The practice of yoga, when done in a calm, easy going way, helps us tune our attention inward, and take care of our whole selves, from the inside out.

If you can breathe, you can practice yoga.  To gain the benefits you don’t have to be able or even desire to put your foot behind your head, or move away to an ashram.  And if you can breathe, I am determined to help you discover the huge power that has always existed inside of you, waiting for you to recover it.  You are you own best teacher, healer, and inspiration.  It all starts with a deep breath.

Yoga can cure most of life’s aches and pains from back pain, anxiety, sleeping problems, migraines, and more, and what it doesn’t end up curing, it helps us deal with a whole lot better.
