Everywhere you look …people are seeking. Some think it’s money, some think it’s a partner and others think it’s something else. What everone is truly seeking is to find one’s true Self. And as long as they don’t "find’ their true Self they will experience suffering.
All suffering is in and of the mind. The person that doesn’t know himself is one with mind. Mind is yet not the cause but the effect of not knowing one’s true Self.
The true Self can not be known in terms of knowledge, because all knowledge is of the mind. The true Self can only be known as an awareness of being "it".
In order to be it, one has to separate from that which one is not. This might sound complicated but it isn’t …..it is very simple. If you can perceive it through your senses or grasp it with your mind…….you are not it.
Your are nothing you can perceive or grasp, since you are that which is beyond mind. Mind blowing huh?
Go about your ways but when a thought arrises, become aware of it. Look at it. Look at it without judgement. It is neither a good thought nor a bad thought…..it’s just a thought.
If you can see your thought, you are observing the mind. If you are observing the mind…..you are not your mind and have separated your true Self from mind. Now ask yourself…who is observing these thoughts? That is your trueSelf. The witness to all. In this realization all becomes one and one becomes bliss, yet it is not something we become but are now aware of.
